Abuse of chargebacks will be addressed accordingly.
Project completion time will vary based on factors like the health or complexity of the project. (e.g., personal emergencies, technical issues.)Delivery includes a full-resolution image. Only non-tangible goods are provided, and all rights remain with the creator. Unless otherwise stated.Work-in-progress images will be provided as low-resolution files with watermarks to safeguard against unauthorized use or theft
Clear references and timely feedback from clients are essential for ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Inadequate references or delayed feedback may lead to delays and hinder the artist's ability to fully satisfy the customer's needs.Some minor edits may be permitted, but major or excessive changes will incur additional fees.Be decisive & avoid sudden changes. If you tell me to draw a person and then, in a revision, change it to a monkey, I will cancel your commission. No refunds.Respect the revision process and avoid frequent changes to keep the project on track.
Artist (Me):
Retains copyright but doesn't claim the client's characters.Reserves the right to share commissioned art in my portfolio, on social media, or for promotional purposes.May cancel or refund commissions at discretion.Can decline uncomfortable requests.
Customer (You):
Can't profit commercially or claim work without purchasing rights.Can't alter work without explicit permission.Special permissions for adoptable art or media use are negotiable.
